At our first Hulaween, we built a 9-foot tall 360-degree TV tower in Spirit Lake. Irregularly Scheduled Programming, as we named it, allowed for festival goers to walk around the structure and bask in its glow as they observed the glitched out Spirit Lake logos and analog video art curated by the Smooth Canoe Team. Cameras hidden in the tower gave onlookers the opportunity to dance and pose as they broadcasted themselves on several of the 40+ screens used in the build.
