Description: Chef Rob Rubba, James Beard Award winner and former skater, wanted something in his new casual bar space to pay tribute to his shredding days. Space was limited, but the team built a custom shelf made out of old skateboard decks and used mini personal TVs to make the most of what was given. Chef’s favorite skate videos were played on a loop for customers to revel in the glory days of the 2000’s.
